Shipping & Delivery
1. What is your shipping policy?
We provide free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. Every order is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and on time.
2. Do you deliver to pickup points or lockers?
Currently, we deliver only to the shipping address provided at checkout. Delivery to pickup points or lockers is not available at this time.
3. What are your delivery times?
Orders placed by 6:00 PM (GMT), Monday to Friday, are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location.
During busier periods or holidays, delivery may take up to 9 business days.
4. How can I track my order?
When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel’s progress on our Order Tracking page.
5. Which shipping carriers do you use?
We ship using trusted UK couriers, including Royal Mail and DHL, ensuring reliable and timely deliveries.
6. What if my order hasn’t arrived or is lost?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time, please check the tracking details in your confirmation email.

If your package is confirmed lost, we’ll either resend your order or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
7. What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact support@glowpureshop.com within 7 days of receiving it.
Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Our team will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Refunds & Returns
8. How can I return an item?
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, contact us at support@glowpureshop.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all tags and packaging. Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected.
9. How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days once the returned item has been inspected and approved. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is complete.
10. Who covers return shipping costs?
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping.
For all other returns, including change of mind, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
